Eric L. Broadhurst, P.E.

Eric Broadhurst has been working as an acoustical consultant for over 20 years. He is a Senior Vice President with Charles Salter Associates, an acoustical and low-voltage systems consulting firm based in San Francisco. He has consulted on many different project types, such as corporate/retail spaces, multi-family housing, medical facilities, and entertainment facilities. He has also serves as an expert witness and teaches AIA continuing education courses and acoustical seminars across the country.

Eric has been the project manager/engineer for a range of projects including the Apple Store in Ginza, the PeopleSoft headquarters in northern California, and the Novartis headquarters near San Diego. His residential projects include the 64-story One Rincon Hill Tower, which is adjacent to the Bay Bridge in San Francisco; the ultra-luxury Beverly West and Century condominium towers in Los Angeles; and the W Hotel and Residences in Hollywood. His entertainment projects include the new TOHO Post-Production Building in Tokyo, Disney Sound Stages 6 and 7 in Burbank, and various technical production buildings at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank. A few of his medical facility projects include the Kaiser Template Hospital design and several Kaiser Hospitals in California that were based on the template design, the USC Norris Cancer Center, and Salinas Valley Medical Center in northern California.
