Event Description: Jun Mitsui – The Role and Importance of "Design" in Real Estate Development

Jun Mitsui is one of the most famous architects in Japan today, with a wide portfolio of projects throughout the country.

His company, Jun Mitsui & Associates Inc., is behind the design of such striking and iconic buildings as The Jewels of Aoyama, which stands in the heart of the high-end retail district of Aoyama, and the design guidelines for the innovative new waterfront development, Shibaura Island.

Also, as the principal of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects Japan, Mr. Mitsui has been in charge of designing many high-profile projects such as the National Museum of Art, and the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, which has won numerous design awards.

What really sets Jun Mitsui and his projects apart is that he has not only brought unique design elements into real estate development, but also a genuine concern for the harmony of people and place.

We greatly look forward to welcoming Mr. Jun Mitsui and hearing him speak on design, and its importance in real estate.
